Through counselling and reflective work, her approach encourages people to reconnect with themselves, better understand their emotions and patterns, and create a calmer relationship with their inner world.
The visual identity was designed to feel soft, grounded, and emotionally calming. Inspired by quiet Mediterranean light, tactile textures, and editorial minimalism, the system combines warm neutrals, muted sage tones, and refined typography to create a gentle yet sophisticated presence across social media and brand touchpoints.
