  • 01- DISCOVERY AND STRATEGY

    A complimentary strategy call to clarify your goals, positioning, and visual direction. We define the scope, expectations, and ensure we're the right fit before moving forward.

  • 02 - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

    I develop your initial visual concept, including logo direction, color system, and sample content applications. This phase establishes the strategic and aesthetic foundation of your brand.

  • 03 - DESIGN & REFINEMENT

    Following refinement, I build your complete visual identity and structured Canva template system. Every element is aligned to ensure consistency, usability, and long-term clarity.

  • 04 - FINAL DELIVERY & SUPPORT

    You receive your final brand guide, organized files, and access to your custom templates. We conclude the project with a recorded training session, where we walk through the entire system together so you can use it confidently and independently.

  • Simply complete the application form and share more about your brand, goals, and vision. After reviewing your application, I’ll get in touch to schedule a complimentary strategy call and discuss the next steps.

  • I combine strategic thinking, design expertise, and a deeply personal approach to every project. With a background in both architecture and graphic design, I help transform scattered ideas into clear visual systems that are not only beautiful, but practical, cohesive, and built to support long-term growth.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due before the final files and deliverables are released.

    Forma Creativa operates under Design Studio Forma, a registered business entity in Serbia, and all projects are invoiced accordingly.

  • Yes. Before the project begins, you'll receive a client agreement outlining the project scope, timeline, payment terms, and conditions of collaboration, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start.
